Forme can easily create a user form with excellent data entry on the smartphone. Besides that, it includes a memo, a word book, a QR code application, and a simple document viewer, which can help you advance your work and tasks.
This application was developed with a focus on cooperation with personal computers and other applications.

Function explanation
1.user form
You can create a user form in several steps from Excel or libreoffice table.

4.Read the QR code on Forme.
